A fantastic way of burning calories and toning up.  A mix of glove and pad work with cardio elements and ab work.

Osgodby park, Sundays at 9am. £5

 

 

Not for the feint-hearted!  All outdoors based, regardless of weather!  Army style drills using a variety of equipment including tyres, sandbags, ropes and kettlebells.  Get fit, have fun and shed those excess pounds
